  • Customized and Personalized Items: Due to the unique nature of customized and personalized items, we are unable to offer returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please double-check all customization details (e.g., spelling, design choices) before placing your order.

To expedite the process, please include photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether through a replacement or refund.
